If you ask any successful person how they got to the top of success mountain, they will likely say the same thing.
They will likely say something along these lines: Hard work, some luck, determination, a solid schedule and consistency led them to the top.
Let's stick with consistency, and then relate it to sleeping. Why? Well, just like anything else in life, you have to be consistent with your sleep schedule -- if you plan on being the most productive version of yourself every day, that is.
You see, without consistency, you wouldn't follow a schedule day in and day out, which means you would likely get off track, and probably wouldn't know where you are going along the way.
Likewise, without consistency in your sleep schedule, you will go to bed at random times and wake up at random times. Why is this bad?
For a couple of reasons: (1) Your body needs to get into a rhythm when it comes to sleep (you know, if you plan on being refreshed and ready to go every morning). (2) If you sleep five hours one day and seven hours the next, your body, mind and soul are likely going to be tired.
If you go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, you will become the most productive version of yourself. After all, when you have had the proper amount of sleep, you tend to be the most focused version of yourself -- your mind is right.
We can't force you to be consistent with your sleep schedule, but we can say this: If you plan on hating mornings less in this lifetime, and if you plan on not being sleep deprived on a regular basis, then you will get consistent with your sleep schedule.
If you are having trouble sleeping, then Sleepsana could be the answer.
